As far As I know from playthroughs of the Nordic Nations - Sweden can eventually get five research slots, and so can Denmark and Finland, and Norway is stuck to four, which sucks. Also Paradox was just lasy with the Norway, like the iconic Krag-Jørgensen rifle isn't even named in the production line, just called 'infantry weapons one'. That's a minor issue, but Paradox was really lazy with norway. I'll probably post more historically relevant ideas here later, such as relevant Nordic scientists not included in the Gotterdammerung mod, but keep up the good work.
The screenshot of the Norwegian focus tree I have there is old, it's from before Paradox removed that focus from vanilla. For a while I didn't remove it because I liked the way Norway was before they removed it, but at some point keeping it updated just became a hassle so I caved and removed it, just haven't changed the screenshot.
Yeah, I could maybe make Gotland a generic releasable and maybe give Sweden a focus to build some forts on it, definitely a good idea.
The dlcs are on sale so i might pick them up today and see if it changes anything. Btw Gotland is a pretty famous Republic in Sweden, has a long history of independence. Might be something to consider adding. Visby castle is pretty famous and deterred invaders for a while, would be cool to give Gotland a bonus to fortification or something.
