If the other four players loudly, clearly and with wholehearted earnestness respond "Yes." or any version of an absolute affirmative, then go ahead and buy one.

The reason this is acceptable is simple: Now it's their fault too when you lose.

I only really think the only time you should ever buy it is when it looks as if you are about to loose the game and your bb is on cooldown, and even then it only should be given on a hero with great survivablity
