With the failed quarter quell, the second rebelion has begun. The rebel forces of district 13 are on their way towards the Capitol to de-thrown President Snow to create the new Panem.

This mod contains two factions, the Panem Peacekeepers and the rebels from district 13 with regular and motorized groups for each faction.
For any operations or missions with this mod, I can reccomend using the maps from operation Trebuchet for recreating the Capitol.


Apologies for the wierd catagories of the individual units, it's due to Drongo's config maker and the base units i used.
