Pokemon Silver Super Game Boy - Visualizer and Time

A backround I made based on an unused Super Gameboy border for Pokemon Silver.

The Super Gameboy is an official NES cartridge that lets you play Game Boy games on your NES. The cartridge came preloaded with hundreds of borders for popular Game Boy games. This included Pokemon Gold and Silver, but they stand out in that they actually had unused beta versions that, in my opinion, were much more unique and creative, Silver's especially so. I originally remade the original 8:7 frame into a static 16:9 background image without the center box, but I realized that since I use Wallpaper Engine anyways, that box was a perfect place for a clock and visualizer.

Please leave a comment or open a discussion if this wallpaper doesn't display correctly for you. I tried to make everything scale as long as it's a 16:9 display, but I'm unfamiliar with the compatibility workflow of Wallpaper Engine.

The image of the original Super Game Boy border was found on VGMuseum, a website from 1999 that's seemingly being kept alive by its sole remaining member, Rey Esteban, who also painstakingly captured over 800 of these borders for a single article. Thanks Rey.
