Kaiserreich Submod - Green National Populism

Description
There is currently much discussion about whether or not National Populism should be changed to green on the Kaiserreich subreddit. I personally think so, so I've quickly cooked up this submod. Credit to u/MrKotak for convincing me that it was a good idea. If you don't like the recolored icons, just find the mod files and delete the GFX folder.

this is really hard to see if you're red-green colorblind like me. I understand its optional, but I truly hope it stays optional if the green is gonna be that dark shade

It seems to work in KX for me, provided you load it with an already started game rather than starting a new one with it

love the mod, but the green should be darker. its to light to be natpop.
