Kaiserreich Submod - Green National Populism

Description
There is currently much discussion about whether or not National Populism should be changed to green on the Kaiserreich subreddit. I personally think so, so I've quickly cooked up this submod. Credit to u/MrKotak for convincing me that it was a good idea. If you don't like the recolored icons, just find the mod files and delete the GFX folder.

Idk if this still alive, but this mod now breaks the colored alignment descriptions for Chinese warlords after the last patch. They're all yellow now, instead of ideology colors

this is really hard to see if you're red-green colorblind like me. I understand its optional, but I truly hope it stays optional if the green is gonna be that dark shade
