Line artillery rework

Description
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Makes Line Artillery useful again

Simply reduces buffs for support and gives more for line and motorized batalions. Also affects a bit on AA and AT.


AA now improves its hard attack. Rocket artillery became better than usual. SPA and SPAA have started to be worth their price and front width. Mod is very compatible with other, changes only artillery tech tree.

Im open for balance suggestions!

Уменьшает баффы к доп.ротам и дает больше линейным и моторизированным батальонам. Также немного влияет на ПТО и ПВО.

ПВО теперь получает улучшения на ПТ атаку. Ракетная артиллерия стала лучше обычной. САУ и ЗСУ начали соответствовать своей цене и ширине фронта. Мод крайне совместим с другими, меняет только древо технологий артиллерии.

Я открыт для предложений баланса!

@TheArtilleryHistorian, It will broke the balance and require modding of historical units and AI templates. Also, such a change will make it harder to create large divisions in the designer. I'm working on another large complex mod, so maybe I'll do that there

suggestion:
make line artillery 1 combat width and every battalion 12 guns instead of 36
