Description
i added the full nuclear war mechanic to tno gui
idk who the hell would use this but go ahead
should be compatible with any addons this uses.. i think

additions:
ai will now use nukes if:
are 20% to capitulation
have nukes researched
and if you also have nukes researched

i modified a few things in the mod for fun, for your knowledge
