Civilisation Ability: City Upon All Waters .

Unique Building: Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale
A building unique to Fontaine. Unlocked at the Drama and Poetry civic. Provides Production equal to the adjacency bonus of the Theater Square district.

Unique Unit: Clockwork Meka
Fontaine's unique unit that replaces the Pike and Shot. Combat kills provide Faith equal to 100% of killed unit's base Combat Strength (on Standard Speed). When unit located in a district, the district +2 Production bonus yield.

Unique Project: Drama of the Trial
District-based project which provides Culture and Faith every turn. While active, +3 Amenity and each of your Citizens here exerts -1 Loyalty pressure to this city. It also provides a amount of Great Writer, Great Artist, and Great Musician points once finished.

Leader: Neuvillette
.Leader Ability: Discipline of the Supreme Arbitration .
When Neuvillette establishes a city, every 30 turns the map generates 3 Sourcewater Droplets that can be picked up by units. After holding 3 Sourcewater Droplets, all your cities receive a 100% Production acceleration and +100% Tourism for 10 turns, and each absorbed Droplet will maintain additional 10 turns.

Unique district: Opera Epiclese
A district unique to Neuvillette for cultural sites. Replaces the Theater Square district and cheaper to build. Unlocked at the Code of Laws civic. +1 Culture bonus for each adjacent River and water tiles.
[GS rules] +2 Culture bonus for each adjacent Water Park.

Leader: Furina
.Leader Ability: Regina of All Waters, Kindreds, Peoples and Laws of Fontaine .
Furina has “Pneuma” and “Ousia” Arkhe state, which can be switched through the capital city's project, and her Arkhe trait is “Ousia” when she starts.
“Pneuma” state: +2 Food, +1 Faith in all districts. Cities +10% Food , and increases growth by 10%.
“Ousia” state: +25% Production when constructing districts in adjacent water cities. Each city adjacent water can build one more district than usual (exceeding the normal limit based on Population). When Religious Spreading Units removes Religious Pressure, 33% of the Religious Pressure Removed will converted to Production for the city.
Growing the population of Furina's city or reducing the number of heretics through preaching will increase the city's Fanfare Point by a cumulative total of affected Population*30, with each Fanfare Point increasing the city's yield by 0.1% for all yield except food, up to a maximum of 400. Fanfare Points initially provide 150 points when new city is founded, and decrease to half at the end of the Era.

Unique Unit: Champion Duelist
Fontaine's unique unit that replaces the Inquisitor. Requires the Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale to recruit, and costs less to recruit. Has higher Religious Strength and more Remove Heresy charges than the Inquisitor it replaces.
May reduce the presence of other Religions in their territory by 75%, and initiate theological combat with units of other Religions.

@Sephiroth Thanks for your like. In fact, there is no universal balance standard for mod civilisations, which makes the gap between different mods very large. Even between mods I've made there are existing gaps. I have plans for balancing, but unfortunately it's not to a similar level of Iberia, it's probably suitable for BBG environment, though I've been a bit busy lately.

Me and a friend have been playing multiplayer games with his civ and the arknights iberia civ available here on the workshop. My friend always plays this civ, and I've been running Iberia, but the balance between the two are night and day. My friend is always constantly developing so much faster than I due to how strong the bonuses this civ gets compared to others, and its making playing the game unfun and unfair. Some rebalancing is definitely needed to bring the power of this civ down in line with that of others.

就算再新首都里面也无法发现这个项目,夺回原始首都之后这个项目也消失了,无法复现,我个人估计可能是代码级问题,最好排查一下
(别问我怎么知道的,tmd开局被两家AI宣战勉勉强强活下来依靠忠诚度回转的首都结果发现没有这个项目了,而且整局游戏也失去了这个特质,无法运营特性导致当成了一个比较强的文明来玩还是及其的坐牢口牙):steamthumbsup:

I had a blast with this mod,unique resource reminds me of endless legend,very cool,everything functions smoothly,personally think this is over all the second best custom civ I've played.
Like most custom civ however it breaks the balance,I don't mind the bonus yield since we have similar option with similar powerlevel in that regard(Australia) yet with easy access to tourism at early game this is bound to break the game,the civ is already on par with Greece for the cheaper Theater alone,we really don't need two more layers of tourism boost,only deity Russia/Khmer can possibly compete with it and these two are already busted compared to other base game civ.

Played the civ for a bit and there are some positives and negatives.
Positive: Very high quality mod! Unique UI for stuff like the sourcewater droplets, very creative designs, integrated custom music and city names. Just in general a really good mod.

Negative: Extremely OP. I found myself casually having +20 Campus without the civic card. The bonus districts get from water tiles destroys the entire civ imo. If you would completely remove that part, the civ would still easily be S tier. But with the absolutely INSANE boni the districts get just for existing just makes everything completely redundant. Easily surpass all Diety AIs in round 60 with just 2 cities (standard speed)
