Superstructure Origin -- Stellaris Evolved

Description

Changes and Additions

Adds the Derelict Superstructure as an origin.
Start out in a system containing 5 planets in total, representing the different wings and points of interest of the superstructure.
Expand them using a decision leading to a situation to gain more space.
Hefty penalties tied to expansion to make sure you stay within the origin's playground, although you can still expand if you desire.
