Utilizing the source files of Drunk Mod I enhanced drinking to go from drunk to intoxicated and after a certain point player will pass out, this will teleport player to a bus stop, jail cell, or hospitol room along the Chernarus coast.
Originally made for myself on the Chernarus map, when I learn to generate a configurable json file this will update for users to designate these coords themselves.

Some bugs still, some symptoms wont go away til you die and relog - will fix things as I learn
