----------------------------------------------------------------
This mod, IPB, makes it so more cultures are allowed to join the Petite Bourgeoisie under reasonable circumstances (and with half the base attraction), while also making the ideology of Petite Bourgeoisie more dynamic. Additionally, where reasonable, all lower and middle strata pops are allowed to join the PB.
Dynamic PB Ideology
When a citizenship law is passed, when appropriate the PB will gain an “add-on” ideology that overrides the default reactionary ideology law stance, such that they will prefer the law that would get them “one step closer” to National Supremacy.

If Cultural Exclusion is enacted, the PB will become "Segregationist", wanting racial segregation but nothing more.
If Multiculturalism is enacted, the PB will become "Exclusionist", wanting cultural exclusion but that is as far as they will go.
If Ethnostate is enacted, the PB will become “Supremacist”, wanting to roll back the law to National Supremacy but no further.
These new ideologies will be removed when appropriate when the citizenship law is pushed in either direction.
Note that leader Ideology also has priority! (Base game behavior) So, as an example, if the PB is led by an ethnonationalist, the IG’s desire to rollback to National Supremacy will be overridden!
Nations with elitist LO will now also have their PB be given the “non-monarchist” add-on ideology. This makes it so if a nation already has a republican tradition or has finished the JE “Stamp out Monarchism”, their PB will no longer “react” so hard that they want a monarchy. (Lanfang, Switzerland, Liberia, Transvaal, and Oranje now all start with Elitist LO.)
Citizenship Law Stance Based Membership
Depending on the PB's law stance, non-primary cultures are allowed to join it, specifically, all cultures that would be accepted under the law the PB currently prefers. Meaning no pops will advocate for their own discrimination by joining the PB.
Combined with the fact that the PB ideology is dynamic with this mod. This also means the membership pool of PB will also be dynamic!
More Inclusive Profession-Based Membership
All Lower and Middle Strata pops are allowed to join the PB, with the following caveat:
1) Pops in Agriculture (Grain&Wine), Plantation, and Ranch buildings needs Commercialized Agriculture or Homesteading to join the PB.
2) Lower Strata pops have half the attraction-due-to-strata.
Why IPB?
Taken all together this mod makes it so that:
1) PB behaves more realistically
2) PB serves its intended gameplay role of a powerful late game conservative force
3) PBs are no longer toothless in nations where they shouldn't be due to the insanely restrictive membership criteria. (France is the biggest case of this)
Recommended Mod
Patriotic Petite Bourgeoisie – Allows powerful PBs to form its own party, a must have for France, Norway, Netherlands, Lanfang, and Canada playthroughs!
Say NO! to Petite Bourgeoisie! – Read the description. You will not regret it.

Made Switzerland and a few others start the game with monarchism already stamped out because I got William Told by @Dryhad

1) The party preference suggestion has some merit, though fascism doesn't always have a racial component to it (Integralism, and to a lesser extent Italian fascism (as opposed to nazism)), i will give it some more thought
2) Mod covers starting laws since day 1. I did write an update that should cover civil war nations, but ill get back to you on that.

Just a suggestion, but I think that Exclusionist and Segregationist PB should prefer to join conservative parties over fascist parties. I always thought that was a bit strange.

I also think it's also not taking into account starting laws for the Segregationist/Exclusionist/Supremacist traits. It looks like I was wrong about this. Not sure if it applies to civil war nations.

PB will only take over rural buildings under specific circumstances, and I view such cases to be accurate to history.
If your qing has homesteading or commercial agriculture, then you only have yourself to blame that the result doesn't fit history.

Maybe you should strengthen rural folk appropriately. This mod makes Petite Bourgeoisie completely occupy the living space of rural folk. When I play in a country like Brazil where plantations are the mainstay, rural folk does not exceed 5% from the beginning to the end. And I see that in a country like the Qing Empire where farmers are the majority, rural folk does not exceed 5%. This is obviously not very reasonable.

@Gunteraz
your feed back on repeated icon however, is very useful.
I was worried that it might confuse but decided to leave be.
I'm not particularly good with graphical software but i might need to break out GIMP for this occasion

Ah, you mean like events? I guess that makes sense. Didn't really think about that.

@Gunteraz
The "add-on" ideology strategy was employed to maximize compatibility.
Otherwise I will need to search for every instance of ideology_reactionary and change those, drastically increase the workload.
Sometimes the obvious solution is the wrong one.

Question: Is this mod supposed to add "ideology_republican_reactionary" to all thge petite burgeoisie IGs in countries where landowners have ideology_republican_paternalistic without removing the normal reactionary ideology first? This makes them have 2 ideologies with the same icon and one of them supports monarchy and other one opposes it. Kind of weird. I think it would be better to include all the relevant bits of normal reactionary in the ideology_republican_reactionary and then fully replace old one rather than double up.
