I have already looked at the possibility of military buildings generating garrisons, which reduces the difficulty of the game a lot.

I love this mod, however. It would also make sense and make the game more challenging if recruitment buildings add a retainer of that unit type to each castle it's built at.

My thought is because of the mod, you will have to build constant recruitment buildings everywhere like the AI does, instead of just at specialty provinces like most people do, to raise the amount of samurai you have. wouldn't it make sense that each building has a retainer for samurai that are in training there. So they shouldn't be as good as samurai units, nor as numerous like the game already has for katana retainers.

This in concept, makes every samurai unit more important and meaningful...

Greetings. Is the mod compatible with Expanded Japan Mod? With Machlock Navy Mod? With Weiestrass Units for Vanilla Mod (maybe a strange question, but still) ?

It's a new challenge!
you must try if you already play the campaign before

I like slow playing shogun, but the endless stacks of Ikko Ikki are getting to much, smaller stack battles I have way more fun in anyway! going to try this soon!

This mod does indeed sound really good. I'll try it out for my next campaign. I've noticed in my current game the AI's armies are so ridiculous, so this might fix that issue and provide more varied composition.
