Sensible Political Map Fix

Description
DUE TO 1.17's NEW RENDER SYSTEM WITH NAVAL ZONES, ALL MAP MODS ARE CURRENTLY NOT WORKING AS INTENTED. THERE IS A TEMPORARY FIX BUT WILL NOT BE 100% TO PRE-1.17 VISUALS.

AWAITING A PATCH TO FIX THE MAP AND THEN WILL ADJUST AND UPDATE.

Thank you to ThatBantIsClass for fixing the shader issues.


The icons for victory points were broken and I have fixed them. With 1.13, new victory points were added, and their icons are pentagons. I have kept those and replaced the original icons with the squares.

This mod still works with Sensible Flags and Sensible Map Font.

@Lil Ferra There is currently a temporary fix but the visuals are still messed up. The reason its not working is due to a bug with the game. All map mods are currently like this. I know of the temporary fix but the map still looks really bad, and the construction screen is bugged. I'm going to wait for a patch that fixes it and see if anything needs to be changed after.

It appears that this no longer works with 1.14. Not sure how to fix it, makes the entire screen black. gg

@Desmond I think that's a vanilla issue, since I have had that happen without this mod. Usually a save and load fixes it.
