Cleaved: A Hearts of Iron 4 Mod is based on the animated series Star VS. the Forces of Evil. The mod aims to create an open-ended story of what happens after the Series’ canon finale, and create an atmosphere matching that of the series, while still allowing for player freedom and many opportunities for war.

In the series, the fantastical land of Mewni was going through a coup d'etat by the evil Mina Loveberry and her forces of magic. In order to thwart evil, princess Star Butterfly decided to destroy magic. This had the inexplicable effect of merging, or “cleaving” Mewni and Earth together. Now in the mod, the societal forces of both worlds mix and meld as destruction and instability engulfs the former US west coast. What part shall you play? Will you ensure the survival of the Kingdom of Mewni? Will you reclaim California and the western states for the USA? In chaos there is opportunity, and the Cleaving is the most chaotic moment in history for both Mewman and American!

Ok, ♥♥♥♥'s dead. And in all likelihood I wont ever be able to finish it because of the life decisions i have made. (if you want more details then ask.) So this is it, what is very likely the last update on this mod.

I will release it. It will be unfinished, incredibly so. And it probably wont ever be finished because SVTFOE is not as popular and nobody else will pick it up in all likleyhood. God, even Countdown to Weirdmaggedon, with all 4 fandoms, could only muster one other active coder (me.)

This was too big. I knew it, going into it. This was a modern day america mod, with civil war potential, and at the same time slapping mewni on there. I was icarus and thats what i wanted, i wanted the Sun for my beloved Star VS fandom. My beloved, dying, Star VS fandom.

Maybe, near 5 years from now, maybe i will come back. But thats so far away, dont count on it.
