Description
Adds the Shinra Electric Company from Final Fantasy 7 led by Rufus Shinra as a playable Civilization.

(In the testing phase. I need a tester to see if it's balanced)

Shinra Bonus - ???

Population takes half as much food, but gives 50% more unhappiness. +15 experience to units built in cities.

UU - SOLDIER: Replaces the Infantry.

1 Extra movement. Gets a ranged attack before participating in melee. +10 health healed outside of friendly territory.
Loses all bonuses when upgraded, but doesn't become obsolete.

UI - Mako Reactor: Improvement gained at electricity. Can only be built on Mako

Reduce all food, adds +2 production, +1 science, and +2 gold. (+1 science and +1 production from atomic theory)

UR - Mako: A bonus resource only usable and seeable to the shinra, can be found anywhere but water. Adds +1 food, +1 Production, and +2 Science

War Theme: Shinra theme FF7 Remake

Peace Theme: Main theme FF7 Remake

Gold and science from unit kills? That's doable, I can replace the extra exp with that

Thanks. I personnally dont know for the Shinra bonus. Maybe have per enemy units KIA it makes few science and gold points.

You can't put a limit of how many of an improvement you can have in a city, the only 3 limits are buildplace, and resource, plus the extra limitation you can add of no two adjacent. The reason why is what happens if someone builds one beyond the city limit? The code wouldn't be able to understand it
