Adds the Shinra Electric Company from Final Fantasy 7 led by Rufus Shinra as a playable Civilization.

Alpha Version

Shinra Bonus - Age of Fear

Population takes half as much food, but gives 50% more unhappiness. +15 experience to units built in cities. Has a unique resource only usable to the Shinra

UU - SOLDIER: Replaces the Infantry.

1 Extra movement. Gets a ranged attack before participating in melee. +10 health healed outside of friendly territory.
Loses all bonuses when upgraded, but doesn't become obsolete.

UI - Mako Reactor: Improvement gained at electricity. Can only be built on Mako

Reduce all food, adds +2 production, +1 science, and +2 gold. (+1 science and +1 production from atomic theory)

UR - Mako: A bonus resource only usable and seeable by the Shinra, can be found anywhere but water. Adds +1 food, +1 Production, and +2 Science
