相比于原MOD，此高兼容性版本与一些修改了装饰性tag的MOD现在可以共存。例如：更多可成立国家以及很多带有成立国家选项的单国家国策扩展MOD等。但是相比于原MOD，高兼容性版本牺牲了为东亚地区国家更改颜色的功能。
