Info
The Tri Skitter is a hovercraft hybrid designed by Tader Tech. Industries for personal transportation, light scouting, and short-range exploration. Its advanced internal systems allow immense customization and easy adaptation to most obstacles. With its sophisticated suspension system and air-shock wheels, its quite difficult to damage the main body of the vehicle, so long as systems are properly configured. With a survival-kit and H2/O2 generator, it can sustain the engineer as long as there is enough ice.
Its compact design make its production process relatively fast for a vehicle of its kind, the downsides of this however, are the cumbersome effects of a solar-panel on such a small craft, thus engineers opted to leave any panels out and create a larger, more independent craft in the future. And as units continue to be produced, Tader Tech. expands research into hybrid-hovercraft technologies and add the first model in the Hover Series.

Notes
This build is possible in survival but not probable, unless you recreate the entire inner workings of the craft from scratch, witch I'm happy to help with if you would like some tips on where to start.
I am currently working on a version of this build that could be projected with a mod(s), but I'm not sure if such a mod exists yet. If you know of such a mod please do let me know.

The Warfare II DLC is not required for functionality, the only block it adds is the search-light, which you can substitute.

To activate the thrusters, suspension, etc., use #9 on tool-bar 1 to toggle the system on and off.

Tool-Bar 2 is for suspension adjustment. #1-4 is for hinge-limits, changing the height. #7 is hinge-lock, almost guaranteeing that no damage is taken, at the cost of a bumpier ride. And #8-9 control hinge-torque, changing the effectiveness of the suspension.

The speedometer when parked, will say you are moving around 0.03. This happens because... uh... Space Engineers.
Just know that you aren't actually going anywhere.
