This is a complete guide for OD core (Mid/Carry), I am a 7k MMR player and i have over 1k games as OD.
OD is mostly picked when you need an anti tank hero with a huge damage output and can save from potentialy game winning ultis, with that said OD is best picked against heroes with close to no lockdown.
