Trajann's Shadows of Khorne

Description
Note: This mod is included in my Khorne Compilation. If you are subscribed to that mod then you don't need to be subscribed to this one.

I know you all saw this coming. This mod adds 4 of the units from the Shadows of Change DLC to Skarbrand, Valkia and the undivided lords. All 4 units have spell resistance, frenzy, increased melee attack and reduced melee defence. The typical Khorne treatment. Skarbrand recruits them normally via buildings. For Valkia and the undivided lords, you need the required mod to enable local recruitment. If you don't, you can't access the units. If you only plan on playing as Skarbrand, the mod can safely be disabled.

-The Things Born From Blood: Main change from the Kislev variant is a slight increase to armour, as well as being given the gorefeast ability.

-Cockatrice of Khorne: Only change from Tzeentch variant is a slight increase to armour. It retains it's poison attacks and petrifying gaze ability.

-Incarnate Elemental of Rage: Main changes from Kislev variant is a slight increase to armour, as well as having rampaging attacks, and swapping out it's innate flock of doom for berserk. It's designed to hit harder than a bloodthirster, but is much more fragile.

-Mutalith Vortex Beast of Khorne: Main changes from Tzeentch variant is increased armour, flaming attacks, missile resistance and swapping out it's gift of mutation ability for the Khorne warshrine ability. It retains it's aura of mutation and tides of transformation abilities.

That's the roster. Look, did I really need to do this? No. Khorne already didn't need these units, and if you take into account all the Khorne mods I've made, these guys certainly aren't filling any gaps. However, they look really damn cool and that kinda trumps any prior reasoning. I'm very happy with how they turned out, as I feel I struck a good balance of keeping the units identity, while also giving them that Trajann Khornate flair. When it comes to what mods are next, I plan on making a legendary lord for the 3 Chaos gods I neglect, as well as some kind of Lizardmen character. Updated to 4.2. Additionally, these units are now available to the undivided lords, though only if you have the required mod enabled.

you have so many wonderful mods , i just wish ai would recruit the characters so i could have more worthy foes

Unfortunately I have to decline. Legally, modders aren't allowed to get paid for anything they make, as CA owns all the assets.

Ok, mods wise Elemental Incarnate of Rage and Khornate Mutalith Vortex Beast are up there with Khornate K'daii Destroyer and Blood Saurian for my favorite monsters :chaosstar:

Untile someone come up with some trully insane Khornate Dragon design at least
