[DNS] Quartzite Flak Frigate

A design mutation of the Ruby Gunship class, the Quartzite is the product of a production error in an automated shipyard reading measurements incorrectly, and producing a large amount of supersized hulls. Instead of writing them off as a waste, Dominion Naval procurement found a purpose for the platform, ordering conversion into a light frigate in an anti-fighter role. Bristling with light caliber guns, the Quartzite is a measured threat to anything smaller than a corvette, and has quickly become an essential part of the standard battle line.

Unfortunately, due to it's origin, it's internals are relatively slapdash, even with correcting from the original broken template.
