Focus Tree Map Mode

Description
Have you ever booted up a new mod for the first time and you sit at the country select menu for a good half hour because you don't know what country to pick, only for it to have a generic focus tree?

Well this mod is for you! With this mod, a new map mode is added which colours in the map with non generic focus trees (green) or generic focus trees (black).

Should work for pretty much all mods unless they change the name of the generic focus tree.

very disingenuous when it comes to TNO, as TNO does not have a generic focus tree at all

the map mode only detects for countries that use the generic focus tree, although Australia's focus tree is blank it is technically not a generic one so thats why it comes up as green on the map mode.

does TNO really have that many focus trees? last i checked Australia doesn't have one
