有bug，正常要军通要不到了，第二天就给我取消掉了

现版本有bug，除了派志愿军外无法通过常规方式获得军通

是个好mod，但有一点点bug，例如我玩苏联，点了两面红旗这样，然后我在那边派志愿军，于是我拥有了那边军通，等到后边我诺门罕出来，宣战的时候志愿军自动撤走，于是AI那边自动取消我军通，然后这辈子我都拿不到他军通了，即便我们在对战同一个敌人（
