Grünau, Rowhouses

Description
Grünau, Rowhouses

Berlin-Grünau. In the south-east of Berlin, a new residential area has been in the making for a good five years on a former industrial site near the Dahme. In the transition from the city to the surrounding countryside, a semi-dense residential area in predominantly open development is being created, staging the element of water.

This set draws on numerous motifs of a terraced house complex - without having any claim to being faithful to the original. The building positions, property sizes and designs shown in the screenshots, largely correspond to the situation on site. The set includes four terraced houses, a carport and three floor tiles.

The terraced houses are 2 1/2 storeys with alternating roof terraces on the front and back. Floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with fall protection grids. All terraced houses also have windows on the sides.
Important!! The terraced houses are deliberately provided with a white plaster texture and can be provided with an individual color design.

The motivation for creating this set is firstly in the small number of modern terraced houses in the workshop. Secondly, I wanted to build a realistic terraced housing estate on the outskirts of my city project.

The time required to create this set should be around 45 hours. The creation of the floor panels required several attempts until I had the right format for me.

Thank you SvenBerlin for the support with technical problems and the creation of the illumination.

@Yosh -- I thought PO might have been used...that's why I asked. :smileyflag:
I use PO for a long time, so that's what I'll use. Thanks for answering.

Oh. You're absolutely right, @LemonsterOG . I forgot to explain something. That's what happens when something has been finished for months but you don't find the time to publish it. sorry

I simply mirrored the large, long pavement with the help of "Procedural Objects". Here and there I pushed the small pavements on top of each other to form larger ones with the help of "MoveIt". Therefore it looks as if there are other smaller pavements.

Otherwise, thank you very much for the great words and your interest.

@Yosh -- First...I love these! Thank you so much for creating them!

Looking at image 8 (the overhead view of the row houses), it looks like there's a pavement missing in the Grünau Pavement asset. In image 8 it looks like there's a large pavement and a large pavement (mirrored), but there's only one large in the pavement asset and no mirrored version.

Here's what I'm talking about:

Click for Screenshot In-Game [www.dropbox.com]

How did you place them in image 8?

Thanks so much!
