Improved AI Drivable Tank Transporter

Description
For some reason, it would not let me upload as a composition. Updated scenario using the @engineervehicles mod to improve the AI driver when driving a tractor trailer combo. I removed the geometry from the trailer attachments and VIV pallet. Should work well with most tanks, but the closer the tanks bounding box to the tractor, the higher the likelihood the AI driver might veer to the right periodically.
