udk: Lots of Idea Slots (40 slots)

This mod adds a confugurable amount of idea slots to game, (Currently 40 slots, 2 rows of 20)

I suggest you to download a mod with tons of manufacturers. Some Political and theorist etc would be good as well.

WARNING:

AI has slots as well. AI sometimes could use a lot of slots. Beware of countries with lots of Advisors and manufacturers.
But should be normal difficulty against players. (AI usually can't optimise well.)

Due to lack of GUI knowledge, the view is a little bad. But I think, the ability to add 40 political advisors or manufacturers is a lot more important.
The gui in Army Corp won't show more than 3 theorists etc.

Modifies some gui files (countrypoliticsview.gui + countryofficercorpview.gui + combatlogview.gui) and common/idea_tags/00_idea.txt
Otherwise compatible with every other mod.

Has no problem with save games upon adding or removing.
Compatible for 1.12.14
