Description
Example generated by GameRealisticMap for Arma 3. It's a really small terrain (6 Km²) to test and show GameRealisticMap features.

There is still a lot of bugs (buildings position is not always correct), it will be updated with new releases of GameRealisticMap for Arma 3.

GameRealisticMap is a tool to generate a map from OpenStreetMap data (ground details, roads, buildings, etc.) / NASA data (elevation data) and Sentinel 2 data (sat image). See https://github.com/jetelain/ArmaRealMap/wiki for more information

hamsajeanjacket1337, they work just fine for me. Make sure you enable Arma Realistic Map Assets V2 together with this map in the Mod Manager. Also, try disable all other mods!

What is the process to further refine the map using terrain builder?

@Bushcat I believe that there was some feature or hidden/deleted instrument allowing one to manually draw preferable move paths (roads, highways and restricted zones like walls etc). I read a thread on armaholic about signs of (something like this) existed like years ago, at the time of RHS last mods releases. People had pretty strong technical arguments there, but I myself not a modder, so idk may be just another speculations.

Long bridges are not correctly generated in current version, this is fixed in upcoming release.
Other preset are planned (mediterranean and tropical), meanwhile you can create manually them.
Some issues may come from open street map data that may need some fixes/additions. I will make a tutorial on how to improve the data and which details are useful for generator.
