DotA But Part 2 (1.26)

This mode is being released in 'parts' so that I can get feedback and improve the mode before moving on. There are 4 parts total:

Part 1 (Released!)
- Custom Map with bridges (can walk over AND under)
- Re-added classic DotA map as an option

Part 2 (Beta)
- Heroes have no native abilities. Instead, they receive their abilities from 'enchanted' items that drop from kills
- ALL tems also level up over time
- Items from drops are fully shareable until they are combined
- (to do) Update hero selection to reflect starting items and remove native abilities
- (to do) Add a few more "meta" abilities

Part 3
- Universal Skill Tree

Part 4
- PvE Roguelike Map

The After-Party
- Build 'chapters' with saveable characters, character slots, and an epic storyline
