Hoodless Robes and rebalance (Unstable Version)

Description
Cultist robes now have 50% husk resistance and Zealot robes do not block transformation so require husk genes or symbiosis like in unstable. Both zealot and cultist robes can be crafted into a hoodless version at a fabricator or deconstructed back into the hooded version for free.

Not recomended for traitor mode but faulty robes do have a hoodless version to not outright reveal them.

Compatibility: this mod overrides the following

I found a better re-balance so removed the minimum opiate level if you still want the re-balance version.

@Hazmat616 if you could make zealot and cultist robes that are just hoodless without any additional changes from the base game that would be cool. there's no actual mod on steam for just regular vanilla hoodless husk outfits. or if there is i haven't been able to find it.

@eris Ok I can make one without the zealot robe re-balance do you still want cultist robe husk resistance? Otherwise is the minimum amount of overdose causing it not the neutral reduction? I could remove that also unless I'm mistaken talents that resist addiction or overdose should allow it to reduce as i just made it give it to you as fast as the affliction reduces normally.

can you make a version without the 'rebalance', or point to a version of this mod that doesn't have the hoods? i don't want to be constantly overdosing just for using the zealot robes, it kills you slowly with neurotrauma
