Description
Reduces cooldowns of permits, removes prerequisites and grants extra permit points with each royal title.

Title Changes :
Awarded permit points per title :

Acolyte : 1 --> 2
Knight : 1 --> 2
Praetor : 1 --> 2
Baron : 1 --> 3
Count : 1 --> 3
Archcount : 1 --> 3
Marquess : 1 --> 3
Duke : 1 --> 3
Archduke : 1 --> 3
Consul : 1 --> 3
Magister : 1 --> 3
Despot : 1 --> 3
Stellarch : 1 --> 4
High Stellarch : 0 --> 4

Permit Changes :
Removed prerequisites for all permits (you still need the corresponding royal title tho).

Reduced permit cooldowns :

Reduced cooldown of all resource drop permits to 15 days, with the exception of Devilstrand, Hyperweave and Advanced component drop, these three have cooldown of 25 days.

Call laborer team : 60 --> 10 days
Call laborer gang : 60 --> 10 days
Call laborer union : 60 --> 20 days
Call trooper squad : 40 --> 8 days
Call janissary squad : 50 --> 12 days
Call cataphract squad : 60 --> 15 days
Call trooper platoon : 60 --> 14 days
Call janissary platoon : 70 --> 18 days
Call cataphract platoon : 80 --> 21 days
Call stellic guards : 90 --> 15 days
Call imperial regiment : 90 --> 30 days
Call Techfriar : 60 --> 15 days
Call Absolver : 60 --> 15 days
Striker drop : 45 --> 5 days
Burnout shield drop : 45 --> 5 days
Call aerodrone strike : 45 --> 15 days
Call aerodrone salvo : 60 --> 20 days
Call orbital slicing beam : 65 --> 30 days
Call transport shuttle : 40 --> 3 days
Call evac shuttle : 30 --> 5 days


Compatibility

Tweaks Galore - Tweaks Galore has its own setting for permit cooldowns and permit points, its no problem you just need to tweak them in their settings.

Something I have noticed is that permits are unable to be called through walls, even if they are in range. Would this also be a change you'd be able to make? Thanks for the mod though
