Something I have noticed is that permits are unable to be called through walls, even if they are in range. Would this also be a change you'd be able to make? Thanks for the mod though

The other similar mod is mine. My one adds some new permits but is also much more unbalanced. I think this one is much closer to what VE team intended. Whereas mine was an attempt to make my Royalty mod work with VE Empire.

I think that's a fair warning to add to the mod's description in a "compatibility" section, were it not for your last comment I'd install this mod and wonder why it wasn't working :P

@Dietrich i see the problem, you are using tweaks galore which overwrites the cooldowns and permits points, you can edit them in tweaks galores settings

It does work when added midsave

Unfortunately the mod doesn't seem to work if added midsave, or it just isn't working in my case in any form. Here's my logs if needed:

@an intruder didn't test mid-save so I am not sure, but I don't see a reason why it shouldn't work
