NVG Animation (with SFX)

Description
I borrowed GGE's NVG Animation and simplified it. Also added some little details into it.

Features:
1. It now only requires CBA_A3.
2. Added the NVG SFX for putting it on and off (Yes, Bravo 6 going dark)
3. Delayed the NVG effect. It turns on when the NVG Goggles is put down.

It's still a working progress. When you turn NVG in the example, Scope, or Binocular, the animation and SFX plays.

Credits to GGE for the animation rtm file.

@Hoot_PH can you add an exit from full blackout before the player sees the NVG turned on?

The thing is that the player, after your animation sees a small flicker before the night vision turns on. I use ACE3 Night Vision, this is probably the reason why their night vision does not have time to overlap with vanilla night vision. Screen blackout with settings (duration) would be a great solution.

Also, if you intend to polish your mod, it would be great to add the sound of hand movement. It is completely absent now, for this reason the movement is not felt.

Any chance for Spearhead 1944 compatibility? Spearhead has flashlight items as NVGs and pressing N key activates both the flashlight and nightvision function.

Every time I add this to my server it just doesnt want to register the Key for this mod. Does anyone else have this issue?

Realistically, real NVG's don't even have that beam sound. Is there any way to turn it off?

@JIJITANKO, it happens because the animation cancels out the reloading. And when it does, the mag or even grenade (when throwing), gets lost. :) I don’t know if there’s a work around for this than a script to cancel the NVG Animation when a reloading/throwing sequence is playing. But I think that’s unnecessary already, since in practicality, who puts an NVG while reloading or throwing a nade. I guess it’s just a matter of control :)
