HD models of Zombies from 7 Days To Die replaces standard zombies.
They got eyes glow and good head gibs (but why my gibs not worked on national guard zombies idk)
This is replacement a standard zombies, he's don't replace zombie kids and national guard

the youngest looking zeds I could find in 7DTD's bestiary were the "putrid girl" and "reanimated corpse" zombies. I don't know if you intend on replacing the child zombies, but I feel like those two would make for a good fit
