- Plane modules rework for more realistic impact on the battlefield

- On map terrain modifier concerning attack has been changed to 100% to any province and the adaptable trait terrain modifier bonus of 30% has been removed to counteract overpowered attacker divisions. This effectively makes the game more balanced.
