updated for current Patch, since the original creator seems to have abandoned the mod.

If you don't want to wait to have your favorite Lord/Hero/Mod be compatible and are willing to invest half an hour, you can add them locally by editing this mod with RPFM.

Just go to character_skill_node_set_items_tables and add your charcters skill_node_set key in the set column and the key you want to use to access this character in the item column. You need one row per skill you want to use, so usually that are four in total.

Then head to character_skill_nodes_tables and add a column for each skill you want to use on your character, usually this should be health, damage, magic and army buff, so four in total. You now use the keys you created in the item column in the first step and place them in "key" and then just copy paste the rest of the columns from another entry granting this skill.

(you can savely ignore all the invalid reference errors, they are there because the other mods don't get referenced until you start the game with them)

Save your edits and you are done


The AI also gets to use the new skills, but chances are it's using them rather inefficent

NOTES:

This mod is "soft save compatible". You will not retroactively receive skill points you missed out on but will receive 3 for any future levels you gain while this mod is on. If you disable this mod, your character will retain its level and the extra skill points they got with no way to revert back. And will probably crash if you have invested into those 3 stat skills.

HOW EXP GROW?
The exp required formula laid out by CA is:
1000 for the first level.
+200 to the exp required, per level, to hit the next level for the first 10.
+100 for the next 10, to level 20.
+50 for the next 10, to level 30.
+25 for the rest, a total of 20 levels, to level 50.

Continuing on that pattern, we do:
+13 (half of 25) for the next 40 levels, to level 90.
+7 for the next 80 levels to level 170.
+3 for the next 160 levels to level 330.
+2 per level all the way to level 1000.
