Seating for gunner can be accessed between the gun and hull of the turret, Driver seating can be accessed near the back of the turret.

Note:
I noticed that after the Automations update released many of the tank turrets for the tanks I had previously built stopped working. I'm guessing rotor displacement values were messed up in the update. Things should be fixed now.
