SPT's Whackyplayer Mod

Description
SPT's Whackyplayer Mod is a vanilla-based multiplayer mod for the Gamers of SPT community.
We're a noob-friendly community whose goal is to teach players the basics of multiplayer side of HOI4.
This is a variant of our historical mod, which includes looser rules and more playable countries, hence the whacky :D

We host our games at 16:00 GMT using this mod along with the ruleset which can be found in our discord (link below).
