[Not fully work] Waifu Zombie SpawnFix

Currently this mod doesn't work as expected, it's plausible work to getting rid of super weird EHE spawning but it's occur other mods that have custom zombie spawns, e.g. dino zeds from Authentic Z, Eaddy and The Guy from Triceratop mod, too many hazmats from They Knew, etc. I have no time to refreshing the code, sorry about that...

Have you ever noticed that when playing with that mod and found weird zombie spawning that it cause certain rare zombies spawn too often and somehow it shouldn't spawn in normal place, especially when playing with EHE Super Weird and found out that special zeds are still spawn regardless that you've turned off certain special events (such as Creamery, UFO, Undead Spiffos, etc.)
This mod doesn't provide anything than aim to replace zombie spawn definition file that just correct original spawning to an actual one that other common zombie mods was done, by add the proper require section, define that waifus are female, then tweak spawn chance of all variants to equal but under the 100% chance.
