针对飞船连接与断开基地可能会造成程序跑死这个问题，另外做了这个方案。
这个方案只检测本地网格，也就是用连接器连接的飞船不会被检测。

同时连接到基地的飞船里的货物，将不再被脚本自动整理进基地的货箱里。但是可以手动将货物任意放进基地的任何一个箱子里，程序会对基地的箱子进行整理。

其余的都没变，可以针对自己的需求选择。
