Designers Extend 1.12

Description
New designers of tanks, planes and ships have been added to this mod. New designers are much better than the default ones but their price is much higher. More powerful industrial concerns and manufacturers of weapons, artillery and military trucks have also been added. A good choice for a late game.

FYI you should add a section for CV Naval Bombers and Maritime Patrol Planes to the Air Design Companies. I was able to use large_plane_maritime_patrol_plane_airframe (Martime Patrol) and cv_small_plane_naval_bomber_airframe (CV Naval Bomber) in the 01_traits.txt file successfully.
