Great map actually! Good design, feels very in line with existing towns.
My only gripe is the amount of wreckages blocking all the way into the main highway, which is a bit much imho. Makes it hard to get into town, and there aren't THAT many good loot spots as a reward.
Zombie counts are high, so might be a tough starting position. Not a negative, though.
As an idea, maybe you could make versions of this map connecting to Sarah's Ellroy, which is bordering in the east, if you run both residential houses are just a few meters away from each other. A small road would fit in just above the long bend, for example. Would connect the area nicely.
