The draft of the El-Milli Submarine was drawn in the Ottoman Empire, but its construction was canceled with the
outbreak of the First World War a year after its construction. In 1938, Turkey, again a world country, wanted to modernize this submarine from the Ottoman period and use it in military fields, but a year later, its construction was shelved with the outbreak of World War II, but its construction was tried again in 2023 and this time it was successful.
