Uncensored flags pack for BICE and BICE Expanded, although it might work for vanilla too.

Note:
I am NOT the original author of most of this mod's content. I'm only uploading it to the Steam Workshop for others to use because the original got removed. All credits go to the original mod's authors.

The OG BICE Uncensored? Gone, reduced to atoms (far as I know). This version is almost literally the same, but also supports my submod - so nothing was removed or replaced, only added.
