Recon and scout's guns will have a muzzle flash.

Recon Mechanoid adds two new kinds of mechanoids into the game, Recon and Scout. They are light, human-like mechanoids that carry small arms, comparable to SMG's and rifles.

Originally meant to be a niche mod for one type of mechanoid, now turned into a mini-expansion for the mechanoid forces! You can also create these mechanoids in a Mech Gestator.

Appearance in raids: 3/1 with Centipedes, 2/1 with Lancers, 1/2 with Militors

Both the Recon and Scout have two weapon tiers, Slugger and Charge-shot.
Slug weapons are unlocked for Standard Mechtech, but Charge-shot is unlocked with High Mechtech research.
The two tiers also have different allegiance color patterns - but it's the most basic I could do.

One adds AI that can control mechanoids and another alows to send those mechanoids alone on a trip.

Unless you have a mod that allows for such thing, no, these retain vanilla behavior of requiring a mechanitor.

You could open the mod in folder and edit the bandwidth costs yourself - you don't even need an editing program, just use Notepad.
I know this is like a lazy response but I think it would be nice if everyone knew a bit of XML too.

is there anyway for this to work with Mechanoid Tweaks? bandwidth is KILLING me
