Lizard's Patches

A series of QoL patches that i'm dumping into a single mod because screw it. Now configurable thanks to XML Extensions! Includes:

• Anesthetic hediff now multiplies consciousness level, rather than capping it.
• All animals use zone designations instead of the pen system. Infrastructure related to the pen system is untouched.
• Pawns now have a chance to accuse someone of eating without a table during a trial. (Use Interaction Bubbles for best results.)
• DISCLAIMER: I dunno if the accusation thing actually works or not.
• Ideology roles no longer restrict job capability.
