[DEV] de_highcall2
"...The thresholds of the old gold mine complex hide many secrets..."

Second version of de_highcall, competetive 5vs5 map:
- Refactored bombsites with better post plant plans and dynamic
- Smoother game and player placing thanks to layout simplification and corridors widening
- Easier line and BS coverage by CT
- Fewer angles on mid and side lanes
- Improved rotations
- Better bot logic (ladders)
- Many other improvements and fixes

- Added more / fixed clip brushes
- Upgraded bots navigation
