Description
Update Feb.7.2024: Configured to match current 1.13.6 version of main game. I changed something so it no longer edited the vanilla 00_trait file, allowing the mod for more compatiblility and less conflict with other mods.

Normally in the game, the more gainable traits a commanders have, the harder he will be able to get more of them. Well with this mod, not any more.

What it does:

1. Basically, this mod will allow you change land leader's gainable traits into specially assignable traits with same functions as the old ones, which DO NOT decrease the speed of getting other traits, making your commander easier to train. This process CAN be reversed over and over again.

2. If still you think it too damn slow for your guy to gain the traits you want him to have, you can let him join the dark side to gain leader traits like stupidly fast. Of course you can oneday make him a good guy again by bringing balance to the force.

3. You can retire the land leaders you don't like now. Or if some guy has a assignable trait you don't like or a advisor\high command\army chief\military theorist role you don't like, you can remove all those and let him start over, or again, and again and again.

How to use it:

1. Once you start a new game or tag into another nation by console commands, then within 20 days, you will see an event asking whether you want to activate the ECT system. You will only see this event ONCE.

2. After you press the right button in the previous step, You will be able to see the ECT system in the game decision interface. Press ECT debug to fully activate the system at the beginning of the game or should you have any new land leaders. By doing so you will grant a ECT2 trait just under your land leader's terrain traits.

3. If your guy has a Padawan trait, all his gainable traits will be switched into specially designed assignable traits called cadet traits that actually CAN'T be assigned manually, within 20 days or by manually tapping the Start training as a Padawan in the decision interface. These new traits have the same functions as the old ones.

4. Sometimes you think it necessary to reverse the previous step, you have 2 options to remove the padawan trait. No.1, grant any guy the title of master then tap the Jedi training complete decision. No.2, execute order 66 to remove everybody's padawan traits ( don't worry, no one will be hurt during this LOL). If there is at least one guy with cadet trait but without a Padawan trait, there will be a decision called Deploy clone troopers. This decision is the decision you wanna tap to revert all cadet traits into normal traits.

5. If your guy joined the dark side, his speed of gaining specific gainable traits will be stupidly fast. But you still need him to do that in the right situation. Like if your guy starts fight in a desert, he will gain the desert fox trait instantly, but still ya gotta make him do that by fighting in a desert. Once you think it is enough, tap the Bring balance to the force decision to let him be normal again.

6. If your guy has a MTFBWY trait, tap the May The Force Be With You decision to achieve one of the following things: Your guy retires, or remove all assignable traits ecept cadet traits, advisor\high command\army chief\military theorist role he has, or nothing happens.

7. These steps are kinda complicated but I trust you can use it fluently after playing a while.

8. ECT only works on a human player.

Compatability:

The mod was supposed to be compatible with any other mod, but somehow Paradox did something to unit leader trait mechanism recently, making it impossible to add a general trait to a field marshal, which was quite possible before an update of NSB, forcing me to overide the 00_trait file in the unit leader folder. Still I don't know why they do that.

Works fine with BBA 1.12.3, for now.

该mod有三个功能:

1. 游戏本体中,将领有1个可获得的技能,那么其他技能的经验增长速度就会变成二分之一,有俩技能就会变成三分之一,以此类推。该mod可以把可获得的技能变成各自对应的特殊技能,这些新技能不会降低将领获得其他可获得技能的速度。需要的时候还可以把新技能换成老技能,可反复操作。

2. 将领加入黑暗面可以让他的技能经验增长速度极大地提高,比如你让隆妹儿带一个师去沙漠找英国佬打一架,他将瞬间获得“沙漠之狐”技能,随便比划一下就行,点到为止非常讲武德。为原力带来平衡可以让黑暗面的将领变回正常人。

3. 可让任何将领退休,或者把他的可支配技能、顾问和内阁等角色洗掉。比如德国古不帅和曼不群都有机动作战-15%经验点的军事理论家,但是古不帅除此之外还有装甲兵速度加成的效果,使得曼不群长期冷板凳非常没面子导致人家写书甩锅骂人。现在可以把曼不群的的军事理论家角色给洗掉,把他练到8级以后加个进攻大师的内阁,美汁儿汁儿。

关于汉化:

是的!我们没有汉化。。。在下平时都玩英文版游戏本体,从不打汉化包,也不知道咋弄这玩意儿,文本也都是用英文写的。不过我会尽量跟家人们解释下这个mod怎么用,只需要看懂很少的几个词就可以正常玩了(确信)。

1. 进入游戏后20天内有个一看就不像这个游戏自带的事件,选第一个。

2. 决议界面从此多了一个ECT的系统,第一次玩或者游戏过程中的任何时候有了新的将领,点一下ECT debug决议,会给现有的将领加一个ECT2的技能,从而使ECT在将领身上正常工作。如果将领技能界面的ECT1是灰的而ECT2是亮的,说明ECT系统正在工作中。

3. 将领技能界面给将领添加Padawan技能,可以把他的所有可获得的技能转化成特定的新技能,新技能和旧技能的加成一样,并且不会影响其他技能经验增长速度。更换过程可以手动也可以等20天系统自己换,基本全自动。

4. 想把新技能换成旧技能的话,通过两种方法可以消除Padawan技能,第一种方法是再给将领加一个master技能,这个时候点击决议Jedi Training Complete,就可以去掉他的Padawan技能,第二种方法是点击决议Order 66来清除所有的Padawan技能。一旦任何将领有被更换过的新技能,同时没有Padawan技能,就可以点击决议Deploy the clone troppers来把他的新技能换回旧技能。

5. 给将领添加darkside技能会让他获得技能经验的速度极大地提高,此时点击决议Bring balance to the force可以把他变回正常人。

6. 给将领添加MTFBWY技能后,可以点击决议May the force be with you,此时跳出的事件第一个是退休该将领,第二个是啥事儿都不会发生,第三个是把他的技能全部洗掉,顾问和内阁角色也清掉(之前替换的新技能除外)。

7. ECT系统只对人类玩家有效。

关于兼容性:

本mod修改了将领技能的00_trait文件,任何涉及该文件的mod都可能产生冲突。
