Occupation Zones

This mod allows you to create occupation zones based on states which you occupy or own that aren't your core state. All resource rights will be transferred to the parent country.

This mod is mostly made for RP purposes.

NOTE: These occupation zones can be made through decisions NOT IN PEACE CONFERENCE so if you want to make one after a peace deal, just annex the land and make it after the peace.

KNOWN ISSUES: - There is a bug where only one person can make an occupation zone/use the decisions at one time so in MP just let other players know you are currently using it because if someone else opens the menu while you are in it it will stop working for you and you would need to open and close the menu/decisions to reload it.
-Transferring states too quickly (like a bunch at once) to your occupied states may cause a bug where the resource rights aren't transferred to you. If this happens, annex the state back using the decisions and the transfer it back to your occupation zone.
