Guns of the Empire and Warband Upgrades Ultimate (6.0)

Description
Okay, read carefully because this can be confusing. This is a submod for Guns of the Empire to give you upgrade paths for Guns of the Empire units and vanilla units which works with, but does not require, Warband Upgrades Extended.

Warband Upgrades Ultimate provides upgrade paths between vanilla units.
Guns of the Empire provides upgrade paths between Guns of the Empire units.

THIS Submod provides upgrade paths between vanilla units and Guns of the Empire Units.

Do NOT try to use this with a different Warband mod for vanilla units because keys will conflict and break upgrade linkages.

Just wanted to let you know I still can't upgrade regular artillery units (mortars to cannons, cannons to hellblaster/hellfire rockets). Mortars can only upgrade to a Bombard, cannons can only upgrade to light cannons. I don't think I'm running any major unit mods other than Empire's Heirs.

Make sure Steam actually, for sure, pushed the update to the main gote mod. With this last patch, I moved the keys for the main units for that huge Sigmars Heirs patch directly into gote, but all the other tables that activate the units are in the Sigmars Heirs submod. I did this so the upgrade paths for all those Sigmars Heirs mods are now contained HERE but are only active when you're running Sigmars Heirs and my submod. It's complicated, but if your main gote mod is up to date it shouldn't crash.

Hey bro, that sounds rather unlikely; AFAIK a mod like this shouldn't be able to cause a crash (it'll just not work instead) but I might be wrong. Plus Snek's update was very recent and I'm sure he tested it...

Did you test it with a minimal setup of just the required mods?

You should then add the info which units don't exist... The "certain" bit of "certain units" is exactly the info that modders will be interested in the most :)

for some reason, this version crashes the game because of certain units not existing. The warband ultimate and compilation works fine though

I'm running into the same issue where the upgrade paths for mortars and great cannons don't work. Not sure what's causing it, I tried enabling only these 3 mods. Both in the regular empire tab and in the GOTE tab I can't upgrade the mortars and cannons.
