Have you ever wanted to balkanise your whole enemy, but you weren’t fighting Yugoslavia so you couldn't do this? Or maybe you just want to make some cool or historical (or both) borders, become Soviet Onion surrounded by puppets or develop regions using the industrial path of your subjects? If any of those are true, this mod will allow you to do it!
It adds a lot of new releasable nations and states, that you can use for whatever you want!

The mod isn't finished. I plan to add more countries and improve existing ones, but currently there are only countries that you can release from Europe, North and West Asia and North America.

This mod changes states, events and focus trees so it might not be compatible with other mods.
